Ep. 61: The 4 keys to High Self-Esteem

Before I get started on a four keys to high self esteem. I want to tell you I'm in Vegas right now. And I was at a casino last night. I was at south point going to see a show about the eighties of. Abandoned the eighties called this Bez Mannix. And if you're in Vegas, On a Saturday night, I highly recommended if you have any interest in the music of the eighties at all, because it's just fricking rocks. And I want to tell you how this ties in to the four keys to high self-esteem because the eighties was like my experiencing music and makeup and. Middle school and high school and all other kinds of stuff. And, I got married in the eighties. I had kids and just so at MTV started and there was just so much stuff in my own life that wrapped around this. And as I'm looking at the rest of the audience going in, I'm realizing, wow, everybody's like a lot older.
